Pulstracker is a privacy-respecting web analytics platform designed to provide aggregated insights without tracking individuals. The Service is operated from Finland in the EU. It adheres to strict data protection principles.
We do not use:
- Cookies
- Fingerprinting
- Persistent identifiers
- Personal user profiles
2. Accounts and Access
- You must be at least 16 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use Pulstracker.
- You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate access if there is a violation of these Terms or any abuse of the system.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful or harmful activity
- Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or overload the system
- Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or other technical boundaries
- Use Pulstracker to monitor or collect personal data in ways that violate GDPR, ePrivacy, or equivalent laws
We reserve the right to suspend access or remove content that violates this policy.
4. Data Ownership and Processing
- You retain full ownership of the data collected on your behalf.
- Pulstracker acts as a data processor, and you are the data controller under applicable privacy laws.
- We only process data anonymously or pseudonymously to help you understand site usage.

5. Pricing and Payment
- Pricing is clearly listed on pulstracker.pro/pricing.
- By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the listed amount at the selected interval.
- A free trial of 14-days is available.
- Once subscribed, you can cancel at any time via your account dashboard. All subscriptions are monthly and there is no annual contract lock-in.
- Refunds are issued at our discretion.
6. Account Termination
- You may terminate your account at any time from your dashboard.
- Upon termination, all associated analytics data is scheduled for deletion within 7 days.
- We may terminate accounts with notice for prolonged inactivity, abuse, or legal violations.
7. Service Availability
Uptime Commitment: We strive for >99.9% uptime.
- The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
- We make no warranties regarding uptime, data accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
- Planned maintenance or upgrades may cause brief service interruptions, typically announced in advance.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law:
